Is the free information session a medical consultation?
No. It is an information session with a care coordinator to understand your situation and explain options. It is not a clinical consultation, diagnosis or emergency service.
Can I arrange and pay for care from overseas?
Yes. You book in your own time zone, approve the care plan remotely and receive updates on WhatsApp or email. Payment options for Zimbabwe and overseas are explained before care begins.
How much is the nurse assessment?
About $30 to $40. It may be credited against the first month when an eligible package starts during the launch period.
Which areas of Harare do you cover?
We are launching across Harare. Share the suburb when you enquire and we will confirm coverage during your session.
What happens if my relative needs urgent help?
Our team follows the escalation plan agreed in the care plan and contacts you. We are not an emergency service: in an emergency, contact local emergency services or the treating provider.
Do unused visits roll over?
Unused visits expire at the end of the month unless your coordinator agrees otherwise under our rollover policy.
Who receives the updates?
The family members named in the care plan, with the consent of your relative or other lawful authority.
