Privacy and Consent
We collect only the details needed to respond to your enquiry. Detailed clinical information is gathered securely during the nurse assessment, never through general web forms. Family updates are shared only with the care recipient’s consent or other lawful authority.
Terms, Payments and Cancellation
Prices are in USD. Packages run monthly or for the stated programme period, and unused visits expire. Payment options, refunds and cancellation terms are confirmed in writing before care begins.
Complaints and Safeguarding
You can raise a concern with your care coordinator or directly with the Clinical Manager. Every complaint is recorded, acknowledged and answered, and safeguarding concerns are escalated immediately.
