Why is there a charge for the nurse assessment?
A registered nurse visits the home and assesses your relative so the care plan is safe and suitable. The assessment costs $45 and is credited to your first month when you start a plan.
What are the limits of the service?
Clinical services depend on assessment, availability and lawful scope. We are not an emergency service: in an emergency, contact local emergency services or the treating provider.
