What happens in your session

Fifteen minutes, one clear next step

You talk, we listen. There is nothing to prepare and nothing to sign.

01

Tell us what’s happening

Who needs support, where they live in Harare, and what worries you most right now.

02

We evaluate their needs

Our team looks at the type of support that fits: nurse visits, a care assistant, help after a hospital stay, medication routines or regular check-ins.

03

You get a recommendation

A suggested starting point and what it would cost. You decide if and when to go ahead.

Questions

Before you book

Is the session really free?

Yes. The 15 minute session is free and there is no obligation to take up a care plan afterwards.

Do I need to share medical records?

No. Just tell us about the situation in your own words. If you choose to go ahead, a registered nurse collects health details privately during the home assessment.

Can I book on behalf of my mum, dad or another relative?

Yes. You can book for a parent or any relative, and they do not need to join the call.

What happens after the session?

You leave with our recommendation. If you want to continue, the next step is a registered nurse home assessment in Harare.

I need live-in or 24 hour care. Can you help?

It depends on the situation. Book a session or message us on WhatsApp and we will talk it through with you.

Ready to talk it through?

Free, 15 minutes, no commitment.
