Yes. Vimba Care is designed for families in the UK, South Africa, Australia, Canada and the US. You book in your own time zone, approve the care plan remotely and receive updates on WhatsApp or email. Payment options are explained before care starts.
Why is there a charge for the nurse assessment?
A registered nurse visits the home and assesses your relative so the care plan is safe and suitable. The assessment is about $30 to $40 and may be credited against the first month when an eligible package starts during the launch period.
What are the limits of the service?
Clinical services depend on assessment, availability and lawful scope. We are not an emergency service: in an emergency, contact local emergency services or the treating provider.
